Street-smart pop-soul singer-songwriter MoZella
will tour this Fall in anticipation of the release of her debut album "I
Will," which is due out November 7th on Warner Bros. Records. Previously
opening for Daniel Powter, Lifehouse and the Dave Matthews Band, this
nine-date tour with Stephen Kellogg, launches October 11th in Baltimore,
MD, and culminates October 20th in Ann Arbor, MI. It will stop at clubs
across the country, giving audiences a chance to preview material from the
24-year-old Detroit native's upcoming debut album, including the first
single "Amnesia."
MoZella, who has already released a self-titled five-song EP on Maverick in
July 2005, is fast becoming known for her idiosyncratic approach to
songwriting. On "I Will," which was produced by fellow singer-songwriter
Jude Cole, MoZella layers acoustic guitar melodies over spare programmed
beats and tops it off with her soulful, jazz-inflected vocals. Some
listeners may be familiar with her ballad "Amazed," which was fea...
Street-smart pop-soul singer-songwriter MoZella
will hit the road this summer as a special guest of her best-selling Warner
Bros. Records labelmate Daniel Powter. The twelve-date tour, which launches
July 17th in Philadelphia and culminates August 4th and 5th in Los Angeles,
will stop at theaters across the country, giving audiences a chance to hear
songs from the 24-year-old Detroit native's upcoming debut album, "I Will,"
which will be released by Maverick Records on September 19th.
Following the shows with Powter, MoZella, who has previously opened for
Lifehouse and Dave Matthews Band, will embark on "Uncorked & Unplugged," a
nationwide tour in which MoZella joins recording artists Sierra Swan and
Elan to partner with three innovative California wineries -- Solaris, Moon
Mountain Vineyards, and Dynamite Vineyards -- for an unconventional blend
of wine-tasting and live concerts. Each venue will offer an intimate
setting for fans to discover new music and new wines. MoZella, t...
You may have heard Holly Brook's sweet,
affecting voice on her duet with hip-hop juggernaut Fort Minor, "Where'd
You Go?" The track is burning up at radio and on MTV. Along with national
appearances on MTV's "Total Request Live" and "The Tonight Show with Jay
Leno," fans can now catch Brook live when she opens for Daniel Powter this
summer. Holly will be supporting her debut album -- "Like Blood, Like
Honey" -- on this tour, which begins July 17th in Philadelphia, PA.
"Brook makes piano-driven pop alongside her cashmere voice," says The Los
Angeles Times. Her debut album (released June 6) is an intimate collection
of dusky, sepia-toned gems that she co-produced with Jon Ingoldsy, who has
worked with Madonna and Elton John.
Performing professionally since the age of 6, Brook is single-minded and
steadfast when it comes to her music. She is a true musician (who plays the
acoustic guitar, dulcimer, and piano). Take it from Fort Minor frontman
Mike Shinoda when he says, "Holly is ...
You may have heard Holly Brook's sweet, milky
voice on her duet with Fort Minor, "Where'd You Go?" The track has been
scorching hot this summer on television and radio stations nationwide. Now
catch Holly live when she opens for Daniel Powter in support of her debut
record, "Like Blood, Like Honey" starting July 17th in Philadelphia.
"Brook makes piano driven pop alongside her cashmere voice," says The Los

an intimate collection of dusky, sepia-toned gems that she co-produced with
Jon Ingoldsy, who has worked with Madonna and Elton John.
Performing professionally since the age of 6, Holly is an artist who is way
beyond her years. She is a true musician (she plays the acoustic guitar,
dulcimer and piano, for all you music buffs), and she will wow you with her
depth and insight. Take it from Mike Shinoda of Fort Minor when he says,
"Holly is one of the most moving new voices in music... she's the real

For a band that has engaged shadow puppets,
interpretive dance, sword fighting, and jugglers to charm their audiences,
it's not surprising that the Los Angeles folk-pop duo The Ditty Bops would
choose an unorthodox method to promote their upcoming album "Moon Over the
Freeway." On May 25th, the girls -- Amanda Barrett and Abby DeWald -- will
hit the road for a three-month tour, traveling cross-country from Los
Angeles to New York City solely by bicycle.
Along the way, bike enthusiasts Barrett and DeWald will stop in both big
cities and small towns, and perform at theaters, music halls, bike stores,
and farms to promote "Moon Over the Freeway," which will be made available
for purchase at each show.
"We decided to do the tour this way to promote not only our album, but also
cycling and cleaner air," says DeWald. "If we can ride our bikes across the
country and play music, we hope others will be inspired to ride their bikes
more often. It'll also be nice to move our bodies rather...
